Property owners (You will need a valid Hawaii drivers license) qualify for our famous low kama'aina inter-island airfares, which can be less than $100 on special fares of Hawaiian Airlines, Island Air and Go Airlines roundtrip to other Hawaiian Islands. Want to have lunch in Honolulu? Hop over in twenty minutes. Tour the volcano on the Big Island? Fly to Kailua/Kona or Hilo in about an hour. Visit exotic Pacific Rim attractions too!

Princeville Plantation was named in 1860 by owner and entrepreneur Robert Wyllie to honor the young Prince Albert, son of King Kamehameha and Queen Emma. Modern Princeville is 40 years young, with a forward-looking 30 year master plan to continue the positive evolution and growth of the finest resort, residential, golf, and recreational value in America well into the next decades. An aggressive remodel and upgrading is underway by the new owners.

- The famous St. Regis Princeville Resort (Starwood Luxury Collection), a world class resort hotel overlooking Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.
The stunningly remodeled former Princeville Hotel, is now re-opened as the St. Regis Princeville Resort, with a complete Hawaiian and open look, with great new restaurants featuring The Kauai Grill under the supervision of world famous chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (Vongs, etc.), and a menu and prices that match other Kauai fine dining (don't be afraid, you are not going to pay Manhattan prices!), all emphasizing fresh local produce and food. We have personally eaten at every outstanding restaurant (poolside at the Nalu Kai Bar and Grille, The Makana Terrace - formerly the Hanalei Cafe, and the Kauai Grill - formerly La Cascata).
The interior design is sleek and open, all rooms have been gutted and remodeled, the pool re-built, all under the direction and keen eye of Milton Sgarbi, a longtime St. Regis executive and supervisor of the rebuild. This is a must visit for a stroll or better yet fine dining at reasonable prices.
(TIP): at the entry guest greeting kiosk, just tell them you are dining and you will be given a pass with a tear-off voucher to have signed-off by your wait-person and save $15 Valet Parking fees.

- Meet the challenge of the Prince Golf Course, the only golf course in Hawaii in the Golf Digest Top 100 Greatest Courses in America, and ranked #1 in Hawaii. Enjoy the 18 holes of Makai Golf Course, located along the cliffs of Princeville. Same day tee times are always available.
Under the direct supervision of famed golf course designer Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Makai is now a re-sculpted 18 holes, with imported sand bunkers (watch out!), and gorgeous ocean and mountain views from every hole. A new Tennis Club is ready, and later this year a brand new pool and clubhouse.
The Prince Course may follow suit, although that course, #1 in Hawaii, is wild and wooly, so bring extra balls or a low single digit handicap. Buy some logo stuff to put next to your Bandon Dunes regalia! And no memberships to buy - no monthly dues, either. Compare that to, say, Pebble Beach, where your round costs over $400 and you need to make tee times months in advance.
